I read the blog of Bonnie Hunter, where she was asking the experience of our use of Thimbles!
When I started quilting my first quilt, I did not need a thimble, because the stitches were very basic (and big!) On my second quilt, I began to experiment, for example the aunt Becky and the UnderThimble. But with both I couldn't enjoy quilting!!!
What now??? My dear experienced (her birthday today) mother was offering the solution......use a small spoon and a simple thimble!! And since then, these are my tools in quilting! The timble on my right middle finger and the spoon in my left hand under the quilt

and finally she was a happy quilter!
